Who we are
We want people with learning difficulties to have control of their own lives and equal power in the world.
We usually use the words “people with learning difficulties” instead of “people with a learning disability”. This is because lots of our members prefer this. People find it harder to learn some things but it is other people and a lack of support that disables people.
This page tells you about who works for Connect In The North. You can find out more about what we do on other pages or in this leaflet.
